Grand Theft Auto VI footage leaked after hack
6 months ago
GTA 6 release date leak: game footage confirmed by developer Rockstar GTA 6 Leaked Image: first look at new game footage.
Grand Theft Auto VI will be the first installment in the series since Grand Theft Auto V, which was released in 2013 and received widespread acclaim from both critics and players alike. However, if this latest leak proves to be genuine, it appears we’ll see GTA VI much sooner than anticipated. Rockstar Games has confirmed the authenticity of the leak to fans via Twitter, and has stated that they are working on fixes as quickly as possible in order to contain the issue and keep any footage or information that could be construed as a spoiler under wraps.
Gameplay Leaked
The footage appears to be from one of the in-game cinematics, and not from gameplay, according to Reddit user Ariel Storm. First thing I noticed is that they appear to be using a new RAGE game engine, Ariel Storm said. The user notes that GTA 6 looks much more realistic and life-like than its predecessor GTA V did.
Users on the site were quick to note things they liked about the upcoming game--and there's a lot to like! There's no date yet for when the footage was captured, but hopefully it will mean we get an official release date soon enough. GTA 6 looks like it may just live up to people's expectations!
Fan videos
The leak of GTA VI is just a small tease, with only the cinematic trailer available to view, but it's all anyone can talk about. It's hard not to get excited by these few seconds of cinematic footage. It appears that the player character is some sort of domestic terrorist and it seems like there are deep cut references to past games, as well as some striking visuals. Hopefully Rockstar releases more soon so we can see more or even find out what the gta 6 release date leak may be.
Hackers cause chaos
Hackers always create a stir when they leak content and that was no different this time. As expected, GTA 6 Leaked Image spread across the internet like wildfire. Since then, Rockstar has confirmed that this is not legitimate material of the game and they are in touch with the cyber police to address the matter.
Developer gives update
Rockstar Games has announced that Grand Theft Auto VI has been delayed indefinitely. The company's development teams at Rockstar North and Rockstar San Diego, along with its core technology team, Rockstar Advanced Technology Group have been doubling down on efforts to achieve the game's ambitious goals.
We are also working hard to make sure our communities remain and grow strong, so that we can provide ongoing support, events, and new content for all of our players, said the developer in a statement. In this day and age especially, this means pulling away resources from games that we have launched in order to fully support their communities.
